.We have received numerous enquiries about where to start in learning to tattoo.

After much deliberation, we have decided to launch our first ever Art of Tattooing Course! In order to ensure adequate training and appreciation for all aspects of the tattooing art - from creating suitable artwork, hygiene standards, to the meticulous execution of the actual tattooing process.

As tattooing is both an art and science, it is imperative that the learner has the necessary theoretical knowledge as well as adequate hands-on practice - both on artificial skin and on actual human subjects.

Hence, we have developed this complete curriculum for easier assimilation, as well as to ensure that the student becomes confident in tattooing on human subjects at the end of the course:

为了确保足够的培训机会，我们课程将会强调所有有关纹身艺术的所以细节与鉴赏。这包括，卫生环节，筛选与了解各种主要纹身风格，以及如何正确进行纹身的全部过程。

因为纹身即是艺术也是一门科学，所以学员需要足够的理论基础，也需要足够的实习机会-在人造皮和真人身上进行纹身。

因此，我们独创出了一系列的完整全方位的教学体系，以便确保学员们能够彻底的吸收以及运用所学到的知识。

The Complete Art of Tattooing

纹身艺术课程
In this course, students will begin their journey by learning about the various styles of tattoos, how to differentiate and decipher tattoo arts and discern the quality of the execution - whether its created professionally or by an amateur, and learn the proper terms and ways in handling basic tattooing equipments. Hygiene standards and professional conduct are also shared during this course.

Students will then be exposed to more advanced aspects of tattoo equipment handling, complex styles of tattoo arts, understanding advanced colour combinations, how to create your own colour palette, advanced colour theory, methodology in executing complex tattoo combinations, complex design creation and execution.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to work on real clients in creating custom designs in full colour, colour matching and skin tone harmonization, portrait tattoos creation, geometric and Polynesian designs, contouring and creating harmony through tattooing, the all important cover-up techniques and theories, and much more...

Fees includes needle and basic consumables for use during practical sessions, and a quality wireless tattoo machine.

Students who perform well throughout the AOT course will have the opportunity to be accepted into Memory Lane Tattoo Studio as a guest artist and may be converted into a permanent artist upon appraisal.

Duration: 3 months (twice weekly lessons)

在这个基础阶段，学员会开启他们对纹身的正确理解。学习项目有：入门美术课程。如何分辨不同的基本纹身风格，如果鉴定纹身的专业度（专业性），整个纹身过程的须知，基本器材的名称以及操作法，卫生须知，和专业形象的塑造。课程结束后，学员能够指出基本纹身器材的名称以及正确的操作法，和如果制作出基本的纹身设计。学员将会有足够的练习时间在人造皮以及真人身上进行纹身设计制作。

学员之后将会接触更复杂的设计理念，学习各种中到高等的器材耗材认知，了解彩色的搭配，做出自己熟悉的色系与如何遮盖旧纹身，遮盖疤痕，黑灰过度，纹身不同风格的细节。

课程结束后，您有机会在真人身上设计出自己的作品，全彩作品，自行搭配色系，肖像制作，几何点刺，毛利图腾设计等等。

成绩优异的学员将有机会做兼职，之后表现优秀者，有机会被聘请为记忆街道纹身店的驻店纹身师。

ACCELERATED ART OF TATTOO COURSE
Through repeated requests, we are now launching our popular Art of Tattooing Course under an accelerated model. Everything taught in our regular Art of Tattooing course will be covered in accelerated mode. Classes will be more intensive and will be completed in one month with 3 sessions per week. Be prepared to work intensively under this learning model.

Duration: 1 month (thrice weekly lessons)

ART OF BODY PIERCING COURSE
Our new Professional Body Piercing Course teaches you the theoretical and practical aspects of providing body piercing services for popular body parts. Fees include piercing needles and consumables for use during lessons, as well as a set of high quality realistic latex body parts for practical sessions.

Areas Covered: Ear, Nose, Lips, Tongue, Nipples and Navel.
Optional Add-Ons: Male/Female Genitals (+$200)

Course Fee: SGD$1,000.00
Duration: 3 days

Medium of Instruction: Chinese (Mandarin)

Complete Tattooing + Body Piercing Course: SGD$5,700.00
This combines both the tattooing and body piercing courses together at a discount.

NOTE: All classes will be conducted in Chinese (Mandarin). If you're not conversant in the language, please do not enroll.
